9th Meeting of States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction

If we want that there will be no more new victims, it is imperative to proceed in demining the areas affected as soon as possible. The most effective and least costly remedy is prevention.
